Rental Sales Agent (Car Rental)

Location: Gold Coast, Australia; onsite at Gold Coast Airport

Salary: From AUD 29.70 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and monthly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for rental customers.
• Prepare rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Tailor vehicle and product offers to customer needs.
• Manage bookings and customer data through technology platforms.
• Follow premium service standards, compliance requirements, and operating protocols.

Requirements

• Customer service and sales skills.
• Accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
• Current provisional or full driver's license.
• Availability for a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales or customer service within retail, dealerships, technology, insurance, or real estate.
