Lexus - Phone Specialist BDC Agent (Automotive)

Location: Roswell, GA; full-time on-site role. Hours are 11 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential weekend hours as needed.

What you will do

• Contact customers to identify automotive needs and provide information about sales incentives.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Conduct an average of 200 calls per day.
• Build rapport, develop customer relationships, and generate referrals.
• Set vehicle purchase appointments and contact customers to confirm them.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, motivation, and phone presence.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including ADP, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience.
• Being bilingual.
