Relationship Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: US - GA - Norcross (Atlanta East); frequent travel of 25–50% within the assigned market is required

What you will do

• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs.
• Identify dealer needs and promote relevant product solutions and campaigns.
• Manage accounts and support dealer growth through performance-focused discussions.
• Service customer accounts and mitigate account-related risk.
• Manage existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
• Residence within the Atlanta East, Georgia market and willingness to travel 25–50% within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to a multifaceted environment, and maintain productivity.
• Ability to use required technology, work independently, and collaborate with a team.

Nice to have

• Previous auto industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
