Project Manager - K-14 (DSA) LA/IE (K-14 DSA)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite, full time

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage construction projects through preconstruction, execution, closeout, and warranty follow-up.
• Estimate budgets and contract prices, manage cost controls, and support estimating activities.
• Negotiate subcontractor bids, material purchases, and subcontract packages.
• Maintain project schedules, procurement, shop drawing approvals, material delivery, and reporting.
• Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and project teams.
• Implement safety and quality procedures, document project events, and mitigate claims and conflicts.

Requirements

• Experience with K-14 DSA education projects is required.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and project management control systems.
