Senior Project Manager K-14 (DSA)

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex construction projects through successful completion and closeout.
• Estimate project budgets and contract prices, including GMP and lump-sum contracts.
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement, bid packages, shop drawing approvals, material delivery, and project scheduling.
• Build effective relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, meetings, reporting, documentation, quality control, and contract compliance.
• Direct preconstruction activities, support estimating and business development, and conduct warranty follow-up.

Requirements

• Experience with K-14 DSA education projects is required.
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and project management control systems.
