Retail Allocator, North America (Inventory Management)

What you will do

• Execute initial product allocations based on assortment strategies, store volumes, and regional demand.
• Manage weekly replenishment and optimize stock levels across retail stores.
• Monitor sales, sell-through, and inventory to identify risks, opportunities, stockouts, and excess stock.
• Rebalance inventory and recommend actions for slow-moving products to improve sell-through.
• Produce reporting on sales, inventory levels, stock health, and replenishment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with planning, merchandising, supply chain, and store operations teams on inventory priorities and execution.

Requirements

• Experience in retail allocation, merchandise planning support, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and take action.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with allocation or planning systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, execution, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to travel and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
