Assist Director of Health and Wellness (Senior Living)

Location: 25 Scarborough Rd, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510, USA; full-time, onsite role with occasional travel to assess prospective residents in their homes or other healthcare settings.

Salary: USD 100,000 per year ($48.00 hourly rate).

What you will do

• Oversee care delivery for Assisted Living residents and ensure emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met.
• Coordinate resident and family care conferences and act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
• Manage nursing and assisted living staff, schedules, assignments, training programs, and required in-services.
• Prepare and review resident assessments, evaluations, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Manage clinical labor costs, supplies, and other budget items.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, mandatory reporting, incident follow-up, and mock surveys.

Requirements

• LPN/LVN or RN license required, with current CEUs and compliance with applicable state requirements.
• Experience managing a clinical team in a senior living or hospital setting.
• Experience managing and developing complex teams and coordinating multiple high-level tasks.
• Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, adaptability, and technology skills.
