What you will do

• Plan and procure material requirements for assigned parts and vendors.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for goods and services.
• Prepare, execute, and review requisitions and purchase orders according to company standards.
• Forecast commodity requirements, establish order lot sizes and packaging quantities, and support material flow and inventory objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and coordinate with Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Analyze market conditions, delivery systems, costs, and material availability to support pricing, savings, and timely deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
