Pipefitter General Foreman

What you will do

• Lead pipefitting, plumbing, sheet metal, and related field teams across active construction projects.
• Manage manpower, productivity, pre-planning, scheduling, job costs, quality installation, and project recovery plans.
• Visit projects regularly to review productivity, safety practices, manpower needs, schedules, and field performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, trade superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams.
• Support BIM/VDC participation, prefabrication, kitting, and early ordering of long-lead materials.
• Document and escalate RFIs, change orders, design deficiencies, ASIs, submittal delays, conflicts, and potential project delays.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of pipefitting and general knowledge or experience in other mechanical or plumbing trades.
• Sound knowledge of OSHA requirements applicable to construction.
• Strong organizational, communication, troubleshooting, and field-industry skills.
• Ability to manage foremen, apprentices, journeymen, and subcontractor productivity.
• Ability to enforce safety, attendance, quality, accountability, reporting, and employee handbook requirements.
• Availability for full-time, onsite work in Chandler, Arizona.
