IT Operations Manager (Data Center)

Location: Denver, CO, United States. Full-time onsite role with up to 25% domestic travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a comprehensive background screening.

Compensation: $115,540–$128,260 per year.

What you will do

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex and day-to-day infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and business impact.
• Manage infrastructure support tickets, escalations, critical incidents, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor SLA performance, system metrics, infrastructure performance, and security incidents.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, processes, asset inventory, lifecycle maintenance, and knowledge-base documentation.
• Investigate recurring incidents, identify root causes, conduct post-incident reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global IT managers, technical teams, and service providers on new tools, processes, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations management.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Experience with budgeting and resource management.
• Strong ITIL and change management background.
• On-call availability is required for emergency situations.
