Traveling Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; full-time role with frequent site visits

What you will do

• Manage construction projects through budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, and closeout.
• Prepare RFP responses, presentations, budgets, bids, scope reviews, and trade partner bid leveling.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, trade partners, design teams, and clients.
• Monitor project costs, monthly billing, change pricing, forecasts, receivables, and financial goals.
• Coordinate with the superintendent and conduct frequent site visits to monitor onsite progress.
• Support business development, client relationship management, project buyout, mentoring, and project team development.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of construction project management experience, including two to three years in commercial construction.
• Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Experience across estimating, documentation, owner and architect relations, cost monitoring, problem-solving, and project closeout.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, budget management, drawing review, computer, conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred; equivalent strong work experience may be considered.
