Supervisor, GMP Manufacturing (Medical Devices)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, full time

Salary: $68,200–$116,000 annual base pay, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead shift operations across assembly, packaging, component loading, and other manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, material flow, downtime, waste, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, PPE requirements, and Controlled Unclassified Area protocols; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, FDA, ISO 13485, and Controlled Unclassified Area standards, including accurate production documentation and timely quality investigations.
• Coach associates, conduct performance reviews, support hiring and onboarding, and manage workforce planning.
• Lead 5S, Kaizen, problem-solving, validation, testing, and process-improvement initiatives with Engineering and Quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field preferred; relevant manufacturing leadership experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience managing people, production flow, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and regulated manufacturing practices preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Clinton, Pennsylvania, stand for extended periods, wear required controlled-area attire, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
