Manufacturing Supervisor, Fill/Pouch (Medtech)

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; overnight shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $64,000–$88,000 annually, plus annual incentive bonus, commission target, and equity target.

What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for the Fill/Pouch area and maintain, audit, refine, and improve equipment and processes.
• Make decisions supporting department safety and quality commitments while maintaining a clean, safe work area using 6S principles.
• Manage resources, raw materials, production priorities, and operational plan and budget commitments.
• Facilitate employee training in GMP, job skills, safety, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with product documentation, specifications, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA requirements.
• Prepare and distribute attendance, labor, efficiency, safety, scrap, and other operational reports while supporting employee development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and age 18 or older.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership, assessment, troubleshooting, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant and potentially supervise multiple groups.
• Understanding of GMPs and regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing, quality, documentation, and personnel issues; collect data; and identify process improvements and corrective actions.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills are required.
