Senior Mortgage Systems Developer (.NET/C#) (ICE Encompass LOS, SQL, APIs): Designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise mortgage technology solutions with an accent on Encompass LOS, SQL Server/T-SQL development, API integrations, workflow automation, and secure business applications. Focus on troubleshooting complex production issues, optimizing database and system performance, supporting CI/CD and AWS practices, and implementing AI-assisted automation.

What you will do
- Develop, enhance, and support mortgage technology solutions focused on ICE Encompass LOS and related systems.
- Design and maintain SQL Server/T-SQL objects, ETL processes, and operational reporting solutions.
- Build API-driven integrations and workflow automation across mortgage, document, servicing, vendor, and enterprise platforms.
- Develop secure and scalable business applications using object-oriented design, .NET/C#, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system and database performance.
- Support DevOps, source control, CI/CD, AWS cloud services, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices while partnering with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing and building applications.
- Experience with mortgage origination systems, preferably ICE Encompass LOS and its APIs and developer platforms.
- Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, views, ETL, reporting, database design, and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and secure business applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, AWS, infrastructure as code with CDK and Python, containerization, monitoring, integrations, and workflow automation.
Nice to have
- Certified Application Developer certification.
- Experience with Angular, React, and third-party mortgage technology integrations.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies for business automation.
