Associate, Industrials M&A; (FDD/TAS Experience Required)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid work with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote or office work optional on Fridays

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 per year for roles performed in California

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and serve as the central contact between clients and the M&A team.
• Conduct industry research to identify market trends, buyers, and acquisition targets.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, financial models, valuations, and databooks.
• Manage financial, commercial, and operational vendor due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings analysis.
• Coordinate bidder engagement, data room preparation, information requests, transaction analysis, and negotiation support.
• Oversee analyst workstreams, contribute to business development meetings and pitches, and support initiatives that enhance the firm’s franchise value.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of financial due diligence or M&A transaction advisory experience at a Big Four firm or a listed equivalent advisory firm.
• Manager-level or third-year Senior Associate/Supervisor experience is strongly encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, including quality of earnings analysis, with strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position.
