Concrete Project Manager

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States; onsite full-time

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and assess construction leadership, facility maintenance, and business needs throughout the contract and warranty period.
• Coordinate project planning, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, and estimates for self-performed work.
• Define project goals and priorities for schedule, safety, accounting, labor relations, EEO, staffing, resources, and reporting.
• Establish subcontract agreements, trade scopes, work plans, project schedules, and performance expectations.
• Manage contract documents, bulletins, field work orders, change orders, quality standards, and required authorizations.
• Analyze project financial information and expenditures and prepare monthly internal and external evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or relevant coursework, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening is required.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 training.
