Senior Project Manager - Aviation

Salary: $135,000–$219,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee all phases of aviation construction projects, from budgeting, bidding, and preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead RFP responses, presentations, pitches, and preconstruction budget development.
• Manage owner and subcontract contracts, project cost control, financial reporting, and budget performance.
• Organize and guide internal and external project teams, including field operations, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Build client and designer relationships, support business development, and pursue future opportunities.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and interns; develop and deliver training when needed.

Requirements

• 9+ years of construction project management experience, or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal fit-out aviation construction projects.
• Experience managing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, financial management, drawing review, and construction-trades knowledge.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-facing communication skills.
• References, a project list, and a resume are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
