Test Proctor - Part Time

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; campus-based position

Salary: $19–$20 per hour

What you will do

• Administer exams according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor test takers, enforce testing policies, and maintain exam security.
• Distribute and collect exam booklets, answer sheets, and other testing materials.
• Assist test takers by clarifying instructions and addressing technical issues.
• Document and report testing irregularities or policy violations.
• Protect confidential test content and test-taker information while following standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, dependable, and punctual approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability varies according to testing demand, including possible evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior proctoring or test-administration experience.
• NCTA Certified Test Administrator, Pearson VUE Certified Test Administrator, ETS Certified Test Administrator, or Certified Exam Proctor certification.
