Instructional Aide

What you will do

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, supply restocking, and organizing classroom materials.
• Collect packages and transport them to office spaces.
• Provide short-term student supervision and supervise students in hallways.
• Assist school personnel with health and safety protocols.
• Support school systems such as breakfast, arrival, dismissal, and meal times.
• Perform other support duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Passion for working with K-12 students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly when working with children.
• Self-motivation, personal responsibility, flexibility, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
