What you will do

• Conduct keyword research for hirify.global websites using SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content for search and answer engines.
• Use AI tools to streamline content production, manually refining output to meet brand voice and E-E-A-T standards.
• Run site audits with Screaming Frog and create plans to resolve issues affecting organic performance.
• Contribute to off-site strategies and collaborate with divisional and country stakeholders on SEO implementation.
• Analyse traffic, rankings, AI visibility, and conversions, providing recommendations to the SEO Lead.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Understanding of search and answer engine optimisation, including technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed.
• Clear communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of how AI can support digital marketing processes and strategies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with WordPress or Strapi.
• International SEO and content localisation experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
