TL;DR
Digital Marketer / SEO Specialist (AI): Developing and executing technical SEO strategies for large websites and news publishers with an accent on keyword research, crawling, indexation, and AI search optimization. Focus on analyzing log files and Core Web Vitals, improving LLM readiness, automating SEO workflows with AI tools, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore; hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm BST.

What you will do
- Conduct keyword, audience, search term, content, and competitor research.
- Develop SEO strategies, roadmaps, campaign plans, and client account deliverables.
- Run website crawls and technical audits, identifying on-page, rendering, indexation, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Analyze SEO data, backlink profiles, SERP landscapes, and performance metrics using industry tools.
- Prepare reports and insights for ongoing business reviews, new business, and existing projects.
- Develop AI Search, GEO, LLM readiness, and AIO strategies; manage SEO platforms, vendors, and direct reports.
Requirements
- Substantial technical SEO experience with large websites and news publishers.
- Hands-on experience with log file analysis, crawling, indexation diagnostics, Core Web Vitals, and rendering solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Excel.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, or similar platforms.
- Project management skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to use AI tools for task automation, research synthesis, and solution generation.
