Media Systems Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $49,199.33–$86,253.75 per year

What you will do

• Support Educational Media Leadership in executing product segment roadmaps, positioning products, and improving delivery and utilization across market segments.
• Coordinate product activities for targeted markets and product lines, including media campaigns, scheduling, and administrative details.
• Analyze product performance and customer satisfaction to identify engagement opportunities and resolve issues proactively.
• Support media operations through research, data management, content obligations, and coordination with media specialists.
• Collaborate with product channel sales teams, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with media demonstrations and create media deliverables that engage and educate audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with various forms of technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially to build, develop, and promote products and services.
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with media, education, or project management tools.
• Experience supporting media professionals and communicating with vendors and contractors.
