Creative Development Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Florida, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required. Availability required Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST or EST.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop digital member- and provider-facing materials supporting Medicaid and Integrated DSNP communication goals.
• Create copy and content for websites, mobile apps, email, social media, print collateral, direct mail, and text messages.
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages, including letters, brochures, videos, displays, and written copy.
• Maintain websites and web applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to produce accurate, brand-consistent documents under strict timelines.
• Manage project timelines, review and approval workflows, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least three years of professional creative development experience.
• Experience creating and managing websites.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including presentation and influencing experience.
• Experience meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or highly regulated-environment experience.
• Experience in operations or process planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
