Imagery Analyst - Senior (GEOINT)

What you will do

• Perform imagery exploitation using national GEOINT sources to identify and characterize mission-relevant objects and locations.
• Produce imagery analysis products for time-sensitive and routine operational or strategic requirements.
• Conduct mensuration and basic geospatial analysis to support reporting and targeting.
• Manage production priorities, track deliverables, conduct quality-control reviews, and meet established timelines.
• Collaborate with analysts and mission partners to resolve analytic challenges and improve workflows.
• Maintain analytic documentation and participate in training, tradecraft discussions, and professional development.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Active CI Polygraph at hire, or eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain one, is required.
• 3+ years of relevant imagery analysis or GEOINT experience, including imagery exploitation with standard analytic tools and systems.
• Working knowledge of GEOINT fundamentals, imagery interpretation, geospatial analysis, GIS platforms, imagery viewers, and analytic databases.
• Completed an Imagery Analysis Course and familiarity with Structure Observation Management (SOM).
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under production deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple sensor types, including EO, IR, SAR, or FMV.
• Experience supporting time-sensitive or high-priority mission requirements.
• Experience collaborating across organizations or with external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, Intelligence Studies, Remote Sensing, or a related field.
