Salary: $90,018–$112,391 per year

What you will do

• Execute hirify.global Quality Systems and maintain conformance of raw materials, operating supplies, and finished products to quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance and evaluate process capability across manufacturing and supplier environments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor testing procedures, sampling plans, specifications, quality controls, and reporting systems.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support supplier qualification, certification, performance management, and the evaluation of new or substitute materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Manufacturing, Operations, and R&D teams, including occasional domestic and international travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience managing projects and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, raw material evaluation, process analysis, testing procedures, and quality controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work safely in laboratory, manufacturing, and supplier environments while following PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Quality certifications such as CQE, CQM, or CSQP.
