Quality Assurance Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at hirify.global Corporate Headquarters. Relocation package offered.

What you will do

• Evaluate customer complaints, identify preliminary root causes, direct corrective actions, and prepare formal written evaluations.
• Support new product development from ideation through launch, including Past Performance Analysis, FMEAs, and first-part approvals.
• Partner with Manufacturing QA to identify emerging quality trends and initiate containment actions.
• Support Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects focused on reducing Cost of Poor Quality.
• Update specifications, procedures, and processes, and support new technology systems for quality operations.
• Conduct product and process reviews related to warranty claims and customer complaints.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering required; Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience or equivalent, with demonstrated problem-solving and continuous-improvement results.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques, statistical process control, and graphing; Minitab proficiency preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to large audiences, and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support; global travel may be required.
