Process Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas; onsite on a compressed work week schedule. Regular hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in process areas including lithography, etch, deposition, and CMP.
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation to maintenance or engineering teams.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process control plans.
• Inspect and measure products using metrology tools to support quality targets.
• Record production data, equipment status, and process deviations in manufacturing systems.
• Support equipment startup, shutdown, changeover, continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and technician onboarding activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication processes, and cleanroom operations.
• Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems, manufacturing execution systems, and statistical process control.
• Ability to follow operational, safety, environmental, and cleanroom protocols.
