Maintenance Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

Location: Del Rey, California, USA; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across beverage aseptic processing and filling areas.
• Assign and prioritize work according to production demand, food safety risk, and equipment criticality.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to maintenance mechanics.
• Coordinate installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and related systems.
• Ensure breakdowns, emergency repairs, contract work, shift handovers, and downtime reviews are managed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain work records, time cards, inventories, equipment assignments, and inspection documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with aseptic or high-hygiene operations is strongly preferred, including CIP/COP and sanitation practices.
• Ability to install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and related systems; read blueprints and mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of CMMS functionality, preferably Oracle eAM, and occupational hazards and safety precautions.
