What you will do

• Design road and highway plans, including alignments, horizontal and vertical profiles, cross-sections, and structural support elements.
• Prepare interchange layouts and intersection designs, evaluate alternatives, and document final selections in decision matrices.
• Prepare cost estimates and construction programs for proposed works.
• Ensure designs comply with Department of Public Works regulations and international AASHTO standards.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of production drawings and prepare design reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in coordination meetings, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, CAD platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong client-focused approach and ability to develop practical, efficient engineering solutions.
