What you will do

• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments.
• Build, complete, and validate financial models and analysis for transaction teams.
• Identify potential acquirers and targets and conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Support due diligence and ensure the accuracy and quality of presentation materials.
• Interact with clients, attend client meetings, and support engagement-related marketing activities.
• Follow transactions from start to finish while interpreting financial results and drawing conclusions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of sell-side M&A experience required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 required.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Assertive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
