Assembly Tech II - 3rd Shift (Marine Engines)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

Hiring rate: $26.74 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies using air and pneumatic tools.
• Set up, adjust, and change over production equipment using job-specific tools.
• Perform required inspections and respond to out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to standard operating procedures and plant safety rules.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support workforce flexibility.

Requirements

• Ability to use air and pneumatic assembly tools.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and change over production equipment.
• Ability to perform inspections and take appropriate action when conditions are out of tolerance.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work rules, and plant safety rules.
• Ability to work onsite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, on the 3rd shift.
