Superintendent - Nights (Construction)

Location: New York, NY; onsite, full-time

Salary: $108,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage on-site project execution from pre-construction through closeout, including site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, weekly field updates, look-aheads, logistics plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate field teams, trade partners, owner vendors, architects, engineers, and the Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve site challenges while minimizing schedule delays and cost impacts.
• Lead safety meetings, document compliance, and uphold OSHA standards and Clune’s safety culture.
• Manage inspections, punch-list completion, equipment commissioning, owner training, and project closeout.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical construction projects, or a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with the specified equivalent experience.
• Experience managing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and trade partner coordination.
• Strong construction trades background and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple or large complex projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and train field personnel and promote teamwork and open communication.
