What you will do

• Deliver client-facing managed IT consulting and technical support.
• Build trusted client relationships while providing technical expertise and strategic advisement.
• Design, configure, and operate cloud infrastructure, audiovisual equipment, networks, wireless systems, and workstation/server environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Linux, Active Directory, Cisco, and Windows Server environments.
• Identify and document client IT needs and vulnerabilities using best practices.
• Guide end users through new system setup and configuration procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or more than five years of equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, and Windows Server.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills in direct client interactions.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand client environments, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

Nice to have

• Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or other technical certifications.
• Managed Services sector experience.
