Analyst, Digital Workplace Product Management (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Plan and execute the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and product requirements, defining product scope, objectives, and roadmaps.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, operations, communications, and end users.
• Develop business cases, monitor project delivery, and support product launches and change initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, competitive activity, and product performance to identify improvements.
• Prepare stakeholder presentations and provide functional consulting for assigned business areas.

Requirements

• Availability to work in the office three days per week in Saint Petersburg, Florida, or Memphis, Tennessee.
• This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Three to five years of experience administering and managing Microsoft 365 services is preferred; the listed general experience range is 13 months to 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Power Platform, messaging, collaboration, workflow, and content management.
• Experience with information technology support, technical documentation, user acceptance testing, test plans, cloud technologies, integrations, change management, and software development lifecycles.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements for technical audiences and explain technical capabilities and issues to business stakeholders.
