Senior Strategist, Business Solutions (Marketing)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $66,300.00–$80,000.00 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop strategic media plans based on client direction and media planning principles.
• Analyze consumer research, competitive intelligence, large datasets, and TV attribution model outputs.
• Develop points of view on new media opportunities and create reports with actionable insights.
• Build client presentation decks, contribute to presentations, and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Own billing, budgets, flowcharts, project timelines, and internal deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members, support performance reviews, and participate in hiring for Assistant and Strategist roles.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of previous media planning experience.
• Understanding of advanced analytics, performance media, marketing principles, and media planning concepts.
• Strong writing, presentation, verbal communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including their application to the media planning process.
• Experience with media management, billing, competitive, and targeting systems and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior colleagues.
