Software Engineer - C++/Rust

What you will do

• Develop and improve software for network security devices and cross-domain solutions.
• Build technology for current products and the next generation of secure network devices.
• Work on Linux applications, low-level embedded systems, Linux platform bring-up, real-time network protocols, network security, and cloud applications.
• Collaborate through pair programming, group programming, test-driven development, and agile practices.
• Contribute to customer-facing projects and, within the scale-up environment, support sales and customer support activities.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, with approximately 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is required.
• Experience with Modern C++ and the STL, or Rust.
• Experience with Python and bare-metal, Linux, or real-time operating systems.
• Cloud development experience and knowledge of network security.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to quality-focused software development.
