Graduate Consultant - Software Engineering (AI)

What you will do

• Develop software solutions from concept generation and algorithm design through implementation.
• Build software for embedded and cloud-based resources.
• Work on projects involving neural networks, human-multi-robot collaboration, AI-based modeling, and healthcare applications.
• Contribute to multiple technical projects and rapidly develop knowledge across new fields of science and technology.
• Engage with clients, communicate progress, and ensure requirements are reflected in the software.
• Progressively take responsibility for leading projects, strengthening client relationships, and building business.

Requirements

• On track for at least a 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record.
• Fluency in at least one of Python, C, or C++, with experience building meaningful software.
• Ability to write high-quality code and work effectively with code written by others.
• Proactive, self-starting, intellectually curious, inventive, and comfortable with first-principles problem solving.
• Collaborative and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
• Commercially aware, entrepreneurial, strategic, and able to navigate ambiguity.
