Senior Analyst

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and retirement contributions.

What you will do

• Reconcile daily breaks between hirify.global and custodians, including householding, account closures, balances, tax certifications, and tax methodology.
• Review and disposition document-driven requests using the in-house workflow tool.
• Process account maintenance requests.
• Review and set up third-party data feeds.
• Provide operational support to Wealth Management and Client Service teams in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, B.S. or B.A.
• 1–3 years of experience in the securities industry, including broker-dealer or adviser operations and/or client service.
• Experience with account opening and maintenance workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional manner, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
