Salary: $96,500–$183,500 gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Conceive, design, engineer, and implement data, software, and technology solutions for scientific and business problems.
• Design and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve enterprise business processes.
• Lead projects, programs, and technical staff through product development, testing, implementation, and operational improvements.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems using structured problem-solving methods.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and delivery across direct and matrix teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, consulting, and vendor collaboration while following security, GxP, policy, and software development lifecycle standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Expertise with Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Dataverse.
• Experience supporting, configuring, and administering Microsoft Power Platform in a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering Managed Environments.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, tenant administration, environment strategy, operational support, DLP policies, and connector governance.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• At least 5 years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft Power Platform in a large enterprise environment.
