Program Manager, Learning & Development

Location: Full-time office-based position ideally located in Pleasanton, California or Plano, Texas; relocation is not available. Less than 10% domestic travel is required.

Salary: $93,400–$158,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of employee and leadership development programs, including scheduling, communications, enrollment, logistics, facilitation, and stakeholder support.
• Manage program calendars, cohorts, learning technology requirements, budgets, operating procedures, and governance processes.
• Design learning programs aligned with talent, succession, and workforce capability priorities.
• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, facilitators, vendors, and subject-matter experts to define needs, objectives, program structures, and learner journeys.
• Develop measurement strategies, analyze participation and assessment data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and reports linking program performance to business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning or Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, training, or talent development.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience for complex, cross-functional learning programs.
• Experience with training logistics, learner experience management, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies.
• Experience with training evaluation, metrics, reporting, scorecards, data analytics, RFPs, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong project management, communication, operational discipline, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
