EDI Systems Manager / Developer (EDI/Oracle)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Own and evolve the global EDI and enterprise integration ecosystem.
• Design and develop integrations, applications, batch jobs, solutions, configurations, and unit tests.
• Oversee the SEEBURGER BIS platform, Oracle EBS integration flows, and Oracle Gateway configurations.
• Lead application maintenance and release-cycle activities across multiple business units.
• Provide final technical approval before projects move to Production.
• Support production troubleshooting, trading partner relationships, vendors, and service providers in a 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Deep expertise in EDI, Oracle E-Business Suite R12, and SEEBURGER BIS/BIC.
• Experience with Oracle Gateway, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA, XML, and JSON.
• Knowledge of automotive supply chain and manufacturing business processes, including O2C, P2P, manufacturing operations, planning, and supply chain management.
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage external resources against SLAs and operational metrics, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
