Machine Maintenance Technician - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Available

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States; onsite role with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

Salary: $27.00–$30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan. A $750 retention bonus is available.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate equipment to determine root causes of problems.
• Disassemble machines and repair or replace broken parts.
• Clean and lubricate parts, order replacement components, and inspect completed repairs.
• Adjust equipment and adapt procedures, tools, and materials to meet special needs.
• Serve as a resource to others when resolving complex equipment problems.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years of prior machine maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and machine tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.
• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of prior machine maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, and mechanical aptitude skills.
