Methods & Lean Manufacturing Leader

What you will do

• Define and optimize manufacturing methods, process flows, and workstation designs against takt, quality, safety, and ergonomics targets.
• Lead Lean deployment on the shopfloor through 5S, visual management, standard work, problem-solving routines, and audits.
• Perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling to support ramp-up, staffing plans, and S&OP inputs.
• Maintain process documentation, including standard work, work instructions, layouts, and control points, with strong change control.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that reduce costs, scrap, rework, and lead times while improving productivity.
• Support new equipment, tooling, fixtures, process qualification, validation runs, and Lean coaching for Team Leaders and operators.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Methods, or Lean roles in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, industrial, or similar manufacturing.
• Demonstrated improvement of OEE, cycle time, throughput, flow stability, and labor productivity through Lean tools and data-driven analysis.
• Hands-on experience with A3, DMAIC, Kaizen, and practical shopfloor implementation and sustainment.
• Understanding of process capability, control plans, defect containment, documentation, and traceability.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred, or equivalent experience leading Kaizen initiatives and coaching shopfloor teams.
