What you will do

• Define and optimize manufacturing methods, process flows, workstation designs, and standard work.
• Lead shopfloor Lean deployment, including 5S, visual management, problem-solving routines, and sustainability audits.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling to support production ramp-up, staffing, and S&OP inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost reduction, scrap, rework, and lead time.
• Support the introduction and qualification of equipment, tooling, fixtures, and new products.
• Coach team leaders and operators in Lean principles and daily continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing methods, or Lean roles in manufacturing environments.
• Experience improving OEE, cycle time, throughput, labor productivity, flow, and process stability through Lean tools and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with A3, DMAIC, Kaizen, and shopfloor implementation and sustainment.
• Strong understanding of process capability, control plans, defect containment, documentation, and traceability.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent expertise leading Kaizen initiatives and coaching shopfloor teams.
