What you will do

• Manage two employees based overseas and oversee daily transactional accounting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts in line with group reporting deadlines.
• Present P&L results to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, including budget variances and key trends.
• Review balance sheet and cash flow performance as part of the monthly reporting cycle.
• Monitor supplier agreements, trading forecasts, partner targets, and gross profit impact.
• Lead external audit activities, provide timely information, and support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and business decisions.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with post-qualified experience.
• Experience as a Finance Manager with an Accounting and Financial Control background.
• Logical, curious, and capable of solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to embrace and drive change.
