Onboarding Associate, Client Accounting Services

Salary: $71,000–$100,390 per year

What you will do

• Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions and deliver accounting readiness services.
• Provide accounting guidance, answer software-related questions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Design and optimize accounting processes for client financial operations.
• Prepare documentation and support smooth transitions to recurring service teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and deliver work on time within client expectations and project budgets.
• Build client relationships and collaborate across internal teams while identifying efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• At least 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• Professional services experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, BILL.com, or Ramp.
