Senior Operations Planner

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate material movement across purchasing, production, and engineering to meet production schedules.
• Manage capacity, forecasts, production plans, factory plans, and finished-product inventory levels.
• Convert customer sales orders into MRP and manage master-scheduled items.
• Manage ECO effective dates, new product introductions, and planning system data such as yields, safety stock, and class codes.
• Establish performance measurements and identify best business practices, including lean manufacturing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of master scheduling or senior planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
• Substantial knowledge of products, plants, processes, systems, and markets.
• APICS certification preferred.
