School Operations Associate (25-26)

What you will do

• Implement daily school operations procedures, including arrival and dismissal processes.
• Capture transportation changes submitted by parents.
• Support application verification calls, update application systems, and assist with school events.
• Complete daily attendance calls and maintain accurate attendance records and data.
• Prepare family communications, manage incoming school phone calls, and ensure parent-facing materials are available.
• Schedule parent meetings with appropriate staff and support effective communication with school stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Commitment to supporting students, families, and staff and meeting the school community's needs.
• Customer service mindset, humility, urgency, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions proactively.
• Strong communication, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and remain calm during difficult conversations.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
