Focus on managing event workflows, maintaining organized tracking systems, quality-checking assessments, and resolving logistical roadblocks across schools and teaching teams.

Location: Newark, NJ, USA. Hybrid in-person work with at least three days each week at the Central Office in downtown Manhattan or the Newark Regional Office.

Salary: $63,500–$74,700 per year; typical starting compensation is approximately $67,200.

What you will do

  • Manage logistics for professional development sessions, team meetings, working groups, and school-based retreats.
  • Coordinate event scheduling, virtual platforms or venues, materials, seating, food, and day-of operations.
  • Support filming logistics, video organization, and invoicing for instructional and professional development content.
  • Manage the shared support inbox, maintain the team calendar, and coordinate cross-departmental meetings.
  • Review and create educational assessments, ensuring accurate setup and timely completion.
  • Maintain documentation and tracking systems while identifying and escalating logistical risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of directly relevant experience in school operations, centralized office operations, project management, or assessment operations.
  • 3–4 years of total professional experience.
  • Strong time management, task management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand or walk continuously and carry moderately heavy objects weighing 20–40 pounds.
  • Ability to work in person at least three days per week at the Manhattan or Newark office.
