Associate Director, Content (AI)

Location: New York, New York. Full-time, onsite role.

Salary: $2,403.84–$2,692.30 per week.

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of thought leadership reports and flagship research, translating complex insights into clear and visually sophisticated narratives.
• Own visual storytelling across reports, frameworks, POVs, layouts, charts, diagrams, and modular visual systems.
• Edit, refine, and write research reports, articles, case studies, frameworks, agency POVs, and short-form content.
• Repurpose long-form research into content for Substack, LinkedIn, and website channels, including banners and promotional materials.
• Manage the Futures website, including publishing, content organization, SEO optimization, analytics, and coordinating technical enhancements.
• Collaborate with researchers, strategists, legal, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver accurate and compliant content on schedule.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in a relevant writing, editing, or design role; newsroom experience is a plus.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to distill nuanced research into concise, audience-focused communication.
• Strong experience with digital communications, content creation and curation, social and digital platforms, and corporate website management.
• Advanced design capabilities, including data visualization, visual systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong project management, time management, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with WordPress.
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Newsroom experience.
