Associate Design Engineer (Power Electronics)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Assist with the design and development of DC/DC converters and AC/DC system products.
• Perform electrical design, component selection, simulation, testing, and PCB layout.
• Contribute to product functional specifications and the complete development cycle from concept through manufacturing.
• Generate documentation packages for designed products.
• Provide technical support to internal organizations and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of power electronics design experience.
• Strong bench and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as both a team member and individual contributor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Previous co-op or internship experience.
• Knowledge of high-frequency switching power supply topologies and control architectures.
